By booking or participating in a tour with Portal Offroad Tours, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability

• Pricing and tour details are confirmed at time of booking

• Payment terms are governed by the booking platform or direct agreement

Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellation policies depend on the booking platform or agreement used

• Weather, trail conditions, or safety concerns may require rescheduling or cancellation

• Portal Offroad Tours reserves the right to modify routes or itineraries for safety

Assumption of Risk

Off-road and adventure activities involve inherent risks including rough terrain, vehicle movement, weather exposure, and remote locations. By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks.

Guest Responsibility

Guests must:

• Follow guide instructions at all times

• Disclose relevant medical conditions

• Wear provided or recommended safety equipment

Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portal Offroad Tours is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.

Media Release

Guests may be photographed or recorded during tours. These images may be used for marketing unless the guest notifies us in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
